Refund Policy

For products that have not been worn or used, we are delighted to provide a 7-day return policy. Customers are requested to pay for return postage, and this expense will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

Please be aware that we do not presently provide free shipping for returns abroad.

Your item must be unused, with all the tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return.

You can communicate with us at Kanakjewels@gmail.com to begin a return. Please mail the merchandise back to us within a period of 7 working days if your return is accepted. Sadly, we are unable to accept commodities that are returned without a prior refund request.

Important Points to Remember for Returns

The consumer will receive their merchandise back if any of the said conditions are not met. In this situation, no money will be repaid, and shipping costs to obtain the money back must be paid.

Policy to Handle Product Damages

Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item, and an obligatory unpacking video of the goods is required. This will enable us to assess the situation and set up a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

If a product is damaged or is the incorrect product, it will be replaced; there will be no exchanges or refunds.

Below are some situations where a product is not regarded as damaged.

Inconsistencies in the original photographs may be the result of minor human mistakes or simply not liking them, in which case they are not eligible for exchange.

We pack your order with the utmost care, checking it three times for faults and making sure all of the contents are there. All of the images on display are unaltered original shots.
